SuperSet Fitness FAQ
What are supersets?
Supersets are a type of strength training workout where you perform two exercises back-to-back with minimal rest in between. This allows you to work more muscle groups in less time and can help you burn more calories.

Do I need to buy equipment?
You may not need to buy equipment, as most reputable gyms have the equipment needed for our training programs. However, if your gym doesn't have kettlebells, you can substitute dumbbells. We recommend investing in your own resistance bands and tubes, as Amazon and Rogue Fitness have excellent, cost-effective options.

Are gyms set up to make superset training easy?
Yes, most gyms are set up to facilitate back-to-back exercises. However, it is always a good idea to check the layout of your gym facility in advance and plan ahead. You may want to place weights and bands in your workout area to make it easier to transition between exercises. If you have a home gym, you can also modify the layout to be more efficient for superset training.

Here are a few tips for superset training!

-
Place the equipment for your supersets close together. This minimizes the time you spend walking between exercises.
-
If you are using weights, make sure you have enough plates and dumbbells to set up both exercises at the same time.
-
If you are using resistance bands, make sure you have enough bands of different resistances to meet your needs.
